Founding CFO-Capital Strategy & Financial Architecture

Lanfinitas AI is building an AI infrastructure for the global fashion industry. Our first product SpecFlow 1.0 has reached TVP0 (Technology Validation Product) and is entering its early product stage.

We are now looking for a Founding CFO to join the founding team and lead the company’s financial and capital strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Design and establish the company’s financial structure and budgeting system

  • Lead fundraising strategy and investor relations

  • Participate in business model and pricing strategy

  • Manage financial planning and capital structure

  • Support investor materials and financing processes

Requirements

  • Experience in startup finance, venture capital, or corporate finance

  • Familiarity with fundraising, equity structures, and capital strategy

  • Strong financial modeling and budgeting capabilities

  • Understanding of AI or SaaS business models

Preferred:

  • CFO / Finance Lead experience in startups

  • Venture capital or investment background

  • Technology or AI industry experience
